Get access to 10 weeks of our exclusive, online personal training program put together by our internationally renowned trainers.
With this program you will train for 10 weeks with all 4 ADF Trainers going through 5 different PHASES of 2 weeks each.
Each phase will be lead by all trainers where you will focus on improving your skills. (STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, BALANCE, FOCUS, AGILITY)
Meal plans will be provided based on your initial body statistics and your statistics as we progress through each phase.

First of all I didn’t knew that the challenge part and the prize would make a difference but it brought out the competitive side of me and the whole experience was on a different level. I had coaches before and I’ve done the work before but never like this. It was an extra motivation, an extra goal that pushed me and I’ve worked harder.
And secondly, being coached by multiple coaches with different approaches allowed me to see the dimensions of working on my body and also allowed me to see what is working for me.
It is a very good concept done by pros, an unique experience that can help lots of people!
I am looking forward to the start of this edition. After the first participation, I was left with a large dose of motivation, discipline and, last but not least, a program to stimulate all my qualities towards performance. I recommend to everyone.
